As every homeowner will know, tackling an interior design project, whether a new bathroom or a new extension, can be tough and stressful. It can be very reassuring to have a designer to discuss all those decisions with. With our experience and expertise we can reduce the hard work. An interior designer will help you to objectively evaluate your existing furniture, plan the space most efficiently and with our experience you will minimise expensive mistakes.

Where do work?

Megan Griffin Interiors is based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, but we offer our interior and home design services to the whole region including Birmingham, Chester, Worcester, Welshpool and Ludlow.

How do we get started?

We offer a free initial consultation to find out what you need and how we can help. We can help with anything from repositioning your existing furniture to picking paint colours. If you’re want help to design your kitchen, bedroom, living room or any part of your home, or indeed undertake a complete renovation of your entire home decor, no matter how big or small the project, we’re here to help.

What can I expect?

Following your initial consultation, you can expect packages of fabrics and hand painted colour samples as well as written specifications, so you always have the information you need. We will share our advice on everything from where to spend and where to save, to recommending trusted suppliers. Depending on your specific needs, we will draw floor plans, go on shopping trips with you, source furniture, help select paint colours, manage contractors, or anything else.

Will I be able to stick to my budget?

We believe in quality and simplicity and buying what you really love and need. We recommend being ultraselective about what you buy and that you engage with the things you share your home with. In the words of William Morris, ‘have nothing in your house that you do not know to be beautiful or useful’. Where possible we choose natural materials because they are timeless, feel comforting and look beautiful.

What about trends?

We don’t go for trends but create classic interiors that are timeless and completely personal - together we’ll design your home so that it works perfectly for you and your family. We offer a complete design service to create beautiful and practical spaces that revolve you and your individual requirements.
